A 30 DAY DEVOTIONAL WITH THE GENERALS OF FAITH
What an honor to have 30 generals of faith to be in one book to encourage people back to HOPE. The Lord was so clear when he asked me to lay aside what I was doing and pursue a 30-day HOPE Summit.
This event is an interview-type series on social media with only
one topic: hope.
I told God, if this is really yours, I will invite Papa Bill Johnson and Mama Heidi Baker knowing their hearts and what they were facing then. I knew if they would say yes, it was God’s idea. When God asks me something extraordinary, I do not hesitate to ask the people I believe he wants me to be involved with. I messaged Papa Bill first and with no hesitation, he told me to ask his secretary for a schedule. Once I did, I received a reply for the date and time straight away. With Mama Heidi however, I dreamt of her and we chatted the very next day. I knew I had to ask her already. She said it will be easier if it is online since she is in Mozambique.
Within three days, I got them both.
The condition I presented to God in faith was met so I pursued the online event. After that, God kept dropping names of people in my heart. I invited each and they all said yes. This gave me confirmation that each day will be a different person for an entire month.
I am thankful to God that we discovered my husband’s renal failure on the 15th day of the summit. He needed a transplant upon diagnosis. I was nervous, but so full of hope because of all the stories my team and I released for Hope Summit. This enabled me to take the news calmer than usual. As I write this, it is now our 3rd-month post kidney transplant. We are healed and full of hope. Hallelujah! If it strengthened me to face one of the toughest experiences my husband and I faced, I believe this book will come alive and help you face anything coming your way with hope.
